GameStop - 2912 - Wolf Ranch S/C

Ordered some games online and got a wrong game. They said they wouldn’t take it back because it would ruin their inventory and that I need to call customer service back for return through mail even though customer service told me to return it to a store and they emailed me a slip to return at store. Went to another GameStop and they apologized, took the game, and ordered me the game again to be shipped for free. Now this is true customer service thanks Waco GameStop.

Have a full counter of Pokemon cards, all varieties and etb’s. They are selling it for the same price as scalpers do! Since when did GameStop become a scalper? I refuse to pay 2x or 3x msrp and buy cards from strangers. I thought my son and myself had finally somehow found cards in the wild for msrp. Nope, we were wrong. It is nice to see them for sale but the only reason they have them is because the scalpers won’t even buy them for that price. Shame on you GameStop for turning into a scalper

The employees here are so helpful! I came in frustrated about a broken controller, and Marcus was incredibly kind and helpful. He was very busy in the store, but was just as kind and helpful to everyone who came in. Give this guy a raise!

I don’t always go to GameStop, but I’ve been visiting this location more frequently and recently picked up a newly released game here. I was very impressed by the amount of preparation and organization that went into their release event as well as their enthusiasm and helpfulness. It was fun to experience the excitement and passion with other gamers and the GameStop employees had a lot to do with that. Thank you all for the great service and keep up the great work. I certainly plan to continue visiting your store.

Another game stop, and another faulty pre-owned console, and honestly, this seems to be part of a bigger issue with GameStop’s declining pre-owned quality. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t work, especially when you expect at least basic functionality from a reputable retailer. To make matters worse, trying to get support is nearly impossible no one ever picks up the phone because only one guy working with so many customers, I had to go all the way back to the store just to try and resolve the issue. The staff in-store were polite and did their best, but they’re clearly limited by GameStop’s systems and policies.
