My experience here was quick, as well as, the employee was friendly and very intuitive and helpful when I was selling my old systems. I was impressed with the employee here (Gage) and very thankful for his insight involving future sales to the company. Very great visit! This employee needs a raise! He went above and beyond and did it in a very timely manner! 5-stars!

Dont answer there phone and store was a mess

My fiancée and I waited over an hour at the London, KY GameStop for the new Mega Evolution ETBs, only to be harassed by other customers in front of the cashier while she did nothing. We each picked up one ETB from the shelf (no signs saying not to) and told people ahead of us we’d give them up if needed. Instead of addressing the harassment or the group that cleared the shelves, the cashier falsely claimed she had asked my fiancée for hers back (she hadn’t), then escalated and kicked us out right before our turn. Completely unfair, humiliating, and a terrible way to treat long-time customers.

Selling refurbished or used items at full price. Paid for the warranty they refused to honor and couldn't get even a fraction of fair trade value. Store manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Will definitely not be doing business with them anymore. Now I see why they're going out of business.

Extremely rude customer service today. Every time something was said the lady turned it around rudely. I told her not to worry about putting in my number because I was sure my membership was not active. She said I’m not trying to sell you a membership just using it for a receipt. Also wanted to know about digital ps5 price and she was like let me look up the used one. I said don’t worry about it since the price was 30 dollars difference between new and used. She said well we’re not a pawn shop. I never said it was.
