Overall the employees are great but there is 1 that wears a headband with long red hair that may be the rudest employee I've ever experienced. Twice now I've had to go in to move my pre order around and he fought me on t and threw my new receipt at me last time. The guy deserves to be fired.

I bought a pre-owned nunchuck the last time and didn’t work and I bought another one today and still didn’t work literally didn’t work😡😡😡😡😡

The manager is great, he’s so friendly (the old bald guy) He’s super helpful and went out of his way to help my kid and although I felt like an afterthought at the time, I realized that he knew that I didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and he focused in on what my kid wanted. He got him exactly what he wanted!

Looks like they joined in on corporate scamming. Went for the buy two get one free game selection for the black friday sale. I got scammed, listed at $34.99, tried to remove the stickers for a cleaner look. The sticker ripped and underneath it says $29.99. This is is why I originally stopped with gamestop. Won't be back

I absolutely love this GameStop! The staff is always incredibly helpful and amazing. Mike is awesome! He is knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Always going above and beyond for his costumers. I know with Pokemon drops it can get chaotic and stressful but this team handles it well. I always look forward to coming back!
