Does anyone work here? Stood at the counter and no one even acknowledged me. The two guys were playing some card game on the back table and since they were the only ones there I assume they worked there. I guess the card game is more important, idk. I put my game back and left. I'll get it somewhere else.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I purchased an Xbox console on line for pickup in store. When we went to pick it up the individual working was unable to process it in their system. I showed the confirmation email and explained it was already paid, but he didn’t know what to do and suggested I just cancel the order, which I did and went elsewhere. This was a birthday gift for someone and due to the poor service I was unable to provide a gift on the birthday, instead had to give it a different day after Amazon was able to deliver it. Companies struggle to compete with Amazon, typically the only benefit the companies have is the ability to get the item immediately, well apparently not at this GameStop location. I won’t waste my time in the future. I don’t anticipate shopping GameStop in the future and with bad service like this I would recommend skipping them as well.

Went to trade in a few consoles that I haven't used in while. I checked online and it said to remove any personal data on the consoles. I went ahead and just wiped the consoles since I assumed that's what it meant. However the employee that helped me was upset and frustrated that I had already wiped it saying that now they can't actually test the consoles. I know online they said to bring any cords, power chargers and related accessories. So when I brought it in I didn't expect to get the price they claimed to offer online. However I was offered lower than the cash for pro member account offered online and then I was also charged for the missing cables. I was not made aware that I would be charged for the cables until the employee was breaking n down what I would be given.

Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received during my recent visit to GameStop. The two associates working that day were both knowledgeable and very kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel rushed or brushed off, which I really appreciated. It made for a smooth and comfortable experience. That said, I was a little disappointed when I brought in my Xbox One to sell and was only offered around $60 for it. I understand there’s always going to be a difference between trade-in and resale value, but it felt like a pretty big gap—especially when I saw multiple used Xbox Ones on the shelf going for close to $200. I know GameStop has to make a profit, but that kind of markup made it feel a little one-sided. Despite that, I still left feeling positive about the visit thanks to the great customer service. The staff really did their best to help, and that goes a long way. I’ll definitely keep coming back when I need games or accessories—I just might look into other options next time I’m trading in hardware.

The cashier Malia was incredibly helpful. Taking multiple calls while dealing with multiple customers by herself. When the manager finally made their way out of the back room everything was resolved. So exited for the new PS5!!!!!
