The worst gamestop ive been too, got screwed over in my refund and the employees there seriously have no concept of time as they take forever to check out one person.

Took my son in with me yesterday in the hopes of finding a pokemon pack and we got lucky and he pulled a frogadire went back inside and they were so o Awsome inside to help him get a sleeve for it. Then Tom a guy who visits often made his day by giving him a Rayquaza and some other cards. He was so excited to tell his mom about the experience. Thank you guys.

I like this store a lot! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They have a ton of awesome new and used gaming systems, technology, and accessories, and of course video games! I believe you can also find DVDs here as well! I've shopped here for my gaming systems/ games ever since I was a kid. There are some of the cutest Squishmallows and Pokémon stuffed animals ever! The wallets, jewelery, t-shirts, and hats are cool!

Employees were phenomenal! Kimberly and I dont remember his name but they are so friendly and offer great service. Only $25 for their membership, super worth it for us gamers and tcg collectors!

I only gave it 5 stars because the customer service is great. However the employees knowledge of games, accessories, time and dates of release, etc is extremely lacking. If you're going to hire someone then hire someone who actually has gaming knowledge and can actually answer a question correctly.
