Just want to give a huge thank you to Mr. Thomas. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything related to games, and consoles. Great customer service and always has a kind word to say.

Me and my boyfriend went in to trade in his “Retro original PS Vita” as the lady called it, said we could get $70 for it. Lady said she needed the serial number and as my boyfriend has had it for a long time the sticker was old and fell off sometime when he was younger. No way to find it on the the device system what so ever so we went home I looked up how to find it , plugged it into my computer found the serial number took a picture and went back. The lady said she still couldn’t take it because THEY had to be able to find it and unfortunately they just don’t have a way to plug it in and find it themselves so tuff luck. Are you kidding me, you have NO way to plug in my game console and look up a serial number, at GAMESTOP. So unprofessional. Copped me out of $70 because you can’t even plug my system into a usb drive and look up the serial number, and we even had a picture of it. I even offered to bring in my laptop and show them as they had been very easy to work with and understanding for other inquiries. Unbelievable. Maybe for old retro systems you guys should have a way to look up something like this because certain older systems don’t have that information or use a STICKER that’s is LIKELY TO FALL OFF WITHIN 5 years. So thanks.

TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS ELSEWHERE! I say that not due to quality of product, but purely due to the "Assistant Manager" at this location. She has no customer service skills, is VERY rude, and makes promises, deals, and commitments with no desire to make good on them. There are private dealers in Alamogordo that have better deals, better attitudes and just overall WANT your business.
