I went in today thank you to josh Ben and william you guys are Awesome!

Came in to get pokemon after work and tried to buy the last 2 mini tins with my pro membership and they told me no and they limit one per customer even after giving my phone # with pro ( used multiple times in store and never had a problem) and watching the cashier sell to another GameStop employee who told me they’d have more next week what’s the point of having pro if I don’t get any benefits or the workers themselves saying no and buying product. definitely disappointed as I can barely ever get drops from here anyways for the workers to hold the last of the product and tell me no. And with recent price increases to pokemon etbs $70 and booster boxes to 249$ at GameStop its ridiculous and scalper pricing your better just to get online memberships and buy from other retailers who don’t price gouge and follow limits placed on customers. As the only real consistent place in town for pokemon if your not one of the first people in line don’t expect to get anything at all.

The gentleman working behind the counter most of the time when I come in, Sal, is awesome and patient with my neurodivergent kids roaming around the store. Excellent customer service from this guy every time we're there.

The guy working the counter was kind of rude, hard to blame him dealing with a store full of loud children. He was knowledgeable on what headsets were compatible with my kids gaming devices.

Normally I get super awesome service. Once in a while I get the manager who's usually grumpy and doesn't wanna deal with you. However I always get a great deal on stuff..games included and my husband and I are always getting pops for special occasions or birthdays for us or our kids.
