Staff is insanely rude and dismissive. I'd recommend contacting or going to other GameStops in the surrounding area as I've always had a better experience at the Sunset Esplanade or Washington Square locations.

mike is condescending and rude. if you're going to offer nothing for trade ins and 3x msrp for tcgs you could at the very least find some employees who don't actively push customers who want to spend money there out the door.

Every time I come into this location the staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is great and love being able to send in cards to PSA through them. Thank you Tanasbourne Game Stop!

GameStop's gotten pretty pricey lately. They used to be super cheap and easy to grab new games, but now they're just too expensive.😢

The line was slow, probably because there was only one person doing cashier duties and answering questions at the front. The place is pretty well organized and well stocked with some decent deals in the physical games section. Reliable GameStop but not much more.
