I went to pick up my pre-order and they tell me they sold out. I never recived a call and was told they are not getting more. So what's the point of pre ordering?

I came here to pawn a console at this location last week and I was told that they couldn't accept my console because I was using a passport as identification and later stated that it was california pawn shop law But another employee tried stepping in and correcting him, but then he just shot her down and said, no, it's cause some guy said so apparently, so I drove to the gamestop in stockton and they accepted my console and I told them about the situation and they said that they were completely wrong and that a passport can be used as identification.

Overpriced pokemon cards. Make sure to look up prices before you buy. Several of the items they have are 2-3 times the MSRP.

Enjoy these physical stores while you can because they won't be around much longer. In my opinion nothing beats browsing through games, looking at action figures, and other merchandise in person. If you have questions, employees are pretty knowledgeable and I'm sure they do price matching as well if some prices seem higher than online.

Staff was friendly enough however the store was a complete mess. Someone needs to take a broom and a mop to those floors while the other associate works on tidying up up the product on the floor. Visual impression is everything guys.
