GameStop - 2689 - Winwood Town Center

I walked in the other day thinking I would get a reasonable price on a booster box. And it really surprised me that they were charging Scalping prices! 120 for a box of pitch black when it sells for 54. Glad I found a local shop that actually cares about its customers. Definitely won’t be going back to this place. The local store is much cooler.

Yeah, GS is making their guy's work solo most of the time and with the card grading thing it's just ridiculous. One guy on the counter and 5 customers in the store all waiting on a Pokémon card trade and grading customer. Needless to say it too forever and it was during peak hours. Weekend midday. The workers were great, a second one showed up around 10 minutes into my wait. She had to clock in and all that nonsense before she could help. But it's crazy how much they set up the stores to fail.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ GameStop usually has what you need or want, so it’s a reliable spot for gaming and accessories. That said, my experience with the staff has been mixed — some can be helpful, but others can come across as petty or overly rigid. It gets the job done, but customer service can be hit or miss.
