Store says they open at 11a. Waited 10 min, no movement at all. Trying to come in for a birthday gift for the Nintendo switch system 2 with the Mario bundle. Easy $500 lost to walmart instead.

Usually this one is great. Today, 3/15/26. Supposed to be open at 11a. Myself and 4 others wanted until 11:26am. Doors and all locked, shut, no signs of life. Going to another store, hopefully things are OK!

Came in this evening to trade a game system and games. MAGGIE assisted my sister and myself on two different big trades. She is amazing. We took up a good amount of her time 🙁 with questions but she was kind, professional, and down to earth. The other associates were great as well keeping everything rolling. We appreciate their professionalism.

Showed up to get last minute gifts and the person working decided to take a break right before closing. Came back at 8:57 after waiting 30 mins for her to come back and when she opened the door with three families standing outside she said y'all have 3 mins before we close. Then found out when I got home they up'd the prices for the holidays. Seriously horrible management and ownership.
