I picked up a game off their shelf marked at $1.98. well I was walking out the door I noticed that it had rang up at $2.99 so I went back to get it corrected and they said "they can't price match to the prices on their shelfs and the price went up." Fairly sure that's against the law that you have to honor the marked price, but whatever scummy people are going to be scummy even over a dollar. Calling you out specifically. Wolfie

🚨 ABSOLUTE DISGRACE / MANAGEMENT COVER-UP 🚨 Do not trust this location. I called ahead to confirm they had a PSP in stock. An employee confirmed it, so I drove down and waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the register, the cashier REFUSED to sell it to me, stating that the people BEHIND me in line called for it first, and handed it to them instead. I was publicly humiliated in a packed store and left in tears. When I called back to get a manager's name, the associate gave me a time and INTENTIONALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I called today at 11:00 AM to speak with the assistant manager. He showed zero remorse, refused to offer any accountability or staff coaching, and falsely claimed "it's first come, first serve" — even though his own staff held the item for someone behind me! When I asked when the main store manager would be in, he claimed he "didn't know their schedule." Total lack of accountability and toxic store environment. Avoid this store. Corporate has been notified.

I've been into this GameStop location a few times recently to pick up some trading cards. I have had the displeasure of working with "Wolffe" at the register during every visit. He attempts to convince me to sign up, and pay for, the GameStop rewards program so I can "save money" on my purchases. When I decline, he proceeds to roll his eyes and slam my items around like a petulant toddler. While I can see past the slight GameStop mark-up on the cards that I am interested in; I have zero interest in having to interact with this employee again. Looks like I'll be searching for trading cards elsewhere next time.

This is the worst Gamestop. I always have issues here, but today's issue especially upset me. They had a whole kiosk of "marked down" items (which by the way are actually full price, I just looked up the items on Amazon) and the sign said buy 1 get 1 free on all marked down items. The items were marked with a red sticker, so I picked out several marked down board games to buy. The lady told me the signs weren't supposed to be up. There were FOUR different signs, and she went out and took them all down. Then she called her manager and asked if she could give me the deal, but apparently he doesn't care about things like laws against false advertising, and he told her not to give me the deal. So I didn't buy either game. Big win for them, right? They get nothing but this bad review and I just found the games on Amazon for cheaper. Anyway, I'll be reporting them to the BBB now. Skip this place. It's worth driving to a different one. We found out they are privately own and not connected to the other gamestops, which explains why their customer service is so bad.
