absolute garbage company...the single biggest scalper of Pokémon cards. A retail store sell cards at 2 and 3 times the retail price. Corporate scalping and its pathetic. Its the single reason I canceled my pro account. They do not care about their customers. I will never step foot in one of their stores ever again.

Hunter provided the best customer service I have had in quite awhile. He is truly an asset to the company. Also their Warranty PRP is worth its weight in gold! So happy with GameStop!

Awful experience. Walked in to browse an item, and when addressing the coworker about item price, was met with a very brief yet rude interaction. Then when returning to ask another question (was going to ask for the corporate number) was greeted with a “sup” and then the individual (who I assume was in a gray shirt) continued to walk away from me, to which I left. This will be sent in a corporate email, but please train your individuals on customer service.

Pretty sad you go to the store @7:09 and the door has a closed sign Said closed @ 7. Then you knock on the door and you can read the woman’s lips. And she said he can’t read the fn sign. Throws her hands up and walks to the door. And proceeds to lie and said corporate told them to close because they had two employees only working. They proceeded to get rude. Watched numerous families go just to be turned away. Watched for about 30 minutes while the fiancé was shopping at target. Well guess what. I called corporate customer service. Filed a complaint. Because they even said they were supposed to be open till 9pm. Rude service. And just plain liars. Basically that’s wage theft in my eyes.

They need more people working during the holidays. Only 2 people and the store was packed without enough space to even move around in there. They were sold out of Pokémon cards, had game cases on display for games they didn't have in stock, and they sell more junk than they do games now, that they can no longer carry anything older than 2 generations. And when I pulled the sticker off the earbuds they charged me $14.99 for, it had been placed over stickers that said $8.99 and $9.99 and said "was $14.99" (see photo). I feel like I just got robbed.
