GameStop - 2668 - Premiere Place Shopping Center

Just tried to return a charging cable for a ps4 that was giving to me by the employee(who admitted they gave me the wrong cable) and was told I could not because it was open. Even though HE gave it to me AND admitted that HE was wrong. I didn’t think to look at the small print on the box to make sure the cable was an actual ps5 charming cable before I opened it. I noticed it when I took it out of the box. I also tried to return it LESS than 1 hour of having purchased it. I understand if I was trying to get over on the company for a large amount of money but it was a 10 buck charging cable. He then proceeded to charge me full price for the correct item(this time I made sure to check, since he obviously has no idea what he is doing). I am 100% sure he can do returns or help out in some way when it is HIS fault. I only know because I have seen it done before. Do better GameStop. You already pretty much rob people on trade ins and charging scalper prices for tcgs and sports cards.🤮🤮

The store always short staff, very rare if you can get anyone on the phone. And the manager has a attitude and acts like its a big deal when asking a simple question.

Great customer service but they are always short staffed it seems.

Store has a good variety of stuff. Prices seem a little high. But my kids were able to get the pokemon things they wanted.

Love this location! Great store, awesome selection, and wonderful associates! Associates are friendly, fun and welcoming, and very informative on products and titles. Store has plenty to offer for any gamer or collector, certainly one of my favorites 😀
