GameStop - 2662 - Citrus Plaza

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have called your store numerous times 7-8, spacing my calls out by 10–15 minutes to allow time for customers to be helped, yet my calls have continued to go unanswered. I don’t understand how a business can expect to make sales or provide customer service when phone calls from customers are being ignored. After being a loyal GameStop customer for over 20 years, this experience has completely changed my view of the company. It’s frustrating and disappointing that staff and management would allow customers to be left without a way to reach the store. This has caused me to lose confidence and respect for GameStop, and unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Absolutely love this GameStop! The staff is super knowledgeable and always ready to help with recommendations or game trades. It's a great place to find both new and classic titles, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

This is my go to game stop purely because it’s near my home. They never answer the phone, you can call right when the open to right when the close and not one phone call will be answered. One time I was so feed up I drove to game stop to see how busy they were. Nope empty so I sat out front and called them still no answer. And that’s not the only problem I once brought a used XBOX series X 1tb for almost 600$ and Ik what a rip off I could have just bought a new on at that point, but I took it home plugged it in and it didn’t work it couldnt read anything every game disc we had it would only download half and then crash. And now they recently changed the layout and it kinda seems like they are disregarded anything but card games. It’s so cramped and crowded. I think I’ll rather drive to the one in San Bernardino then deal with this one again.

Really really slow customer service also while I was turning in my switch controllers they weren't charged so on the screen where you sign your name it said $50 was to come to me but she charged me $15 just because my controllers were not charged and I totally think that was just so she could pocket in $15. I think that's totally wrong if they're able to do that it's taking advantage of the system and I should have got the full $50 back instead of what she decided to give me just cuz they weren't charged

Store has a great selection and chill vibes. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Hands down best staff member is Candace! She is beyond nice, friendly, and helpful. She knows the content of the store very well, like games, consoles, and memorabilia! AMAZING CONVERSATION AND ENERGY! I went recently to switch out a game that had the wrong disc and she helped find the solution kindly and efficiently!
