GameStop - 266 - Staten Island Mill Mall

Closed on a Monday in Staten Island Mall. No Holiday. No sign. Its almost 1130am and it supposedly opens at 10 am. Good job Gamestop! And you want to buy Ebay? Run your own company correctly first. Smh.

I used to love this store because the staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, loved to talk about games and stuff. The guy with the long hair had great game recs and there were girls with dyed hair who always made the visit fun. They always greeted me and even remembered to ask me how i like my game purchases. I would drive out of my way to go to the mall because i didnt like the staff at Forest. Now, all i see is the staff members from forest at the mall. Lazy, just standing around. They dont chat or even smile. The store is a disaster lately too. It used to be neat and easy to find stuff but now it looks like a circus. I dont know what happened, but now none of the gamestops on the island are nice. Better off shopping online.

The team staff here is very helpful! Mike is awesome as are his entire team. I picked up this really nice Ps5 Pro cooling stand. It works for all systems. And you know it is quality as soon as you feel ot in your hands.

So I haven’t been to a Game Stop in ages but my 9 year old daughter asked to go in and check it out we found a game she wanted “Bluey” for the switch and we weee on the fence and Simone which let me tell you was so helpful and awesome helped us !! She went it of her way to get us one of the pre owned games from another store and went out of her way to let us know what the policies are around returns and just was so informative!! It’s been a while since I had such great customer service in Staten island alone and it was refreshing to see and witness thanks Simone see you next week!
