Eh. Always disorganized, it’s like they just threw stuff in a bin. Hard to find what I’m looking for. I will say I do go in here for stuff relating to my interests and usually find something. Customer service needs work. Not rude, but every time I’ve been in there I’m never greeted or acknowledged. It seems like they have more important things to talk and discuss when the store is empty. I’m coming here to spend money on a dying company and I feel like the least they could do is say “welcome in”.

Marked up Pokemon product comparable to scalper numbers with plenty of product behind the shelf. You’d think the “tcg hub store” in the Columbus area would be more MSRP not going into secondary market. Seemingly every time I go Brandon is holding up the line with long conversations.

Extremely disappointing experience with GameStop and how my preorder was handled. The store near my home in Dublin closed, and apparently my preorder was transferred to the Westerville GameStop location. However, no one ever contacted me to inform me the store had closed, that my preorder had been moved, or that the game had arrived. I later discovered online that the game had already been released, so I drove to the Polaris GameStop location since it was the closest store to me. That’s when I was told that my preorder had been sent to the Westerville store — but because three days had passed, they sold the copy I preordered to someone else. To be clear: • My preorder was moved without notice. • I was never contacted that the game arrived. • The store sold the reserved copy without confirming whether I was still picking it up. This completely defeats the purpose of placing a preorder in the first place. Customers preorder specifically to guarantee a copy, yet mine was sold without any communication. If a store closes and reservations are transferred, customers should at minimum receive a call, email, or text notification. I’m sharing this here because the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would appreciate corporate leadership reviewing how preorder transfers and notifications are handled, because this experience has seriously damaged my trust in GameStop’s preorder system.

I haven't even gotten in the store yet and know it's not going to be a pleasant experience. Called, was rude to and hung up on. Get to store and it's closed off hours. Sign in window. Phone called ignored. Knicks ignored. Looking me in my face from back room ignored. They appear to be taking trash out. Horrible service when so many are looking for jobs

Always a fun place to visit and be a kid again. They changed the layout a bit and merchandise selection and it makes it a little more interesting looking for something nice to take home. The staff is always engaging and friendly. Will definitely visit again.
