I struggled to find a member of staff willing to complete my transaction. Instead, the clerk called over another group of customers to assist whilst I was standing at the checkout counter. Additionally, I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I encourage you to train your staff to be more pleasant, as this experience was both RIDICULOUS and disconcerting. Cool socks though I guess, which I’ll acquire elsewhere in the future.

Great place to take your kids, the staff are very knowledgeable. Ive been dealing with Chris the store manager for over a decade in multiple locations. He's always been very polite, inviting and just a pleasure to deal with. He knows his stuff from old school to new school. He's definitely the reason I still come around and dont strictly buy things online. Everyone else ive seen working there have been great. Thanks for the professional service all these years.

Sometimes me and my partner just stop in to look around or get something. Either way it’s always enjoyable and I never have a problem with anyone there! Management here is awesome and always has a way for me to save money.

Had a great shopping experience at the Keene NH store. Despite being very busy I felt that I got great customer service, and they have really good prices on especially (used) games. $5-20 for xb1, ps4, and even some old 360 titles. It very well stocked.

Incredible customer service from Chris. We came in, he greeted us, was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I loved talking to him about the new Nintendo switch 2 and the new games coming out this year. Funny, personable, and knew his games and consoles. Give that worker a raise, he did amazing.
