GameStop #2635

Why put a pre owned copy on shelves if you don’t even have it and expect me to buy it full priced instead of owning up to your mistake and doing something about it? And also putting the pre owned game right back on the shelf when you know you don’t have it

I don't live in this area so I don't visit this location often but I wanted to say when I was looking for an item and a pre order Jackie really helped me out and had an awesome experience in this location and she was awesome. Thank you so much for the Help, I really appreciate it and you definitely made my day.(Resident Evil)

Amazing customer service female employees keep it light and fun gm helped with return when they were having trouble will be back

Female employee said "this is my 13th reason", while shopping, was complaining the whole time that I was looking through the shirts because she had to fix it again, we put them back in their spot but they just kept complaining about their job , they all gave us looks too , ended up not buying anything from how they kept staring at me and my friend , never again

Great customer service skills all in all great experience great employee ALEX one of a kind will shop here again. Thank you
