GameStop - 2607 - Amarillo Plaza

They never answer their phones. The never have anything in stock and they rarely have anything resembling a decent attitude every single time I go in here. Wonder why people are just going to ordering everything online? This is why.

Horrible! I’ve been going to this store for years always a great experience and awesome service. Trusted them with my cards to send for grading, and they never sent my cards to PSA. They refused to return the cards to me and said it was policy that they can’t return them even though they still have them at the store (supposedly).. Don’t trust them with your card!! So disappointing.

Every time I go in the store, they are very helpful and great customer service never had an issue with any of their employees there

Brittany displayed a resilient amount of professionalism mixed with customer hospitality and it was very refreshing to have such an experience. This is my go to GameStop everytime now because of this. Also there is a slimmer gentlemen that wears glasses and he’s cool as hell too. Super fun experience with these two 🫡🫶🏻

The employees are very helpful and respectful most of the time, but all the Pokémon cards they sell are at scalped prices. It's like they're increasing every month to scam customers of their money, and all the Friday Pokémon releases aren't helpful for people who actually have jobs but still want to collect cards as a hobby or buy them for their kids.
