Will NEVER preorder anything here again,I preordered Halo Campaign Evolved PHYSICAL edition on Xbox and the employee Kayla did both my preorder and later on was there when I went to pick it up.On the day of release she hands me a receipt in a coin as I stand there wondering where the halo box is she tells me it's only digital on xbox, I called 3 other stores and they said they add enough for the preorders but no extra so now I'm stuck with a code and a coin cause a manager said sales are final... why would I go into a store to preorder a digital game 🤦🏽‍♂️ edit it was the standard edition not the deluxe

If the short curly haired girl is in there, Run. Not very friendly and came off more agitated than anything else. Had a not so pleasant experience, but giving them the benefit of the doubt since it’s the holiday season. Any other time, staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. It won’t deter me in the future from shopping, but it didn’t make me feel valued as a consumer.

Liz was so helpful! Answered all of our questions and helped us trade in controllers. All while dealing with a difficult customer better than I would have handled it. So much patience and so sweet and helpful.
