GameStop - 2541 - Argyle Square

Cori is an amazing person. She has awesome customer service as well as her employees. This store is comfortable to be at. The atmosphere is super friendly. 100% recommend this store. Extremely helpful employees.

Manager and employees were knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and very pleasant. We brought in a lot of trade in and it took a while, however, it was done with a professional attitude and good customer service. I would go there again.

GameStop is providing a new service with PSA for grading cards. I attempted to go into the Gamestop in Wilsonville twice. On the first visit after standing for approximately 15 to 20 minutes the manager finally asked if she could assist me. I told her I was interested in having some Cards graded. She explained to me they wouldn’t be providing that service till the end of the month. I have since returned to Gamestop a month later to stand inside the store for over 30 minutes while one employee worked his backside off. The manager came out and went into her drawer twice assisting nobody. By the time it was my turn to be helped. They were unable to help me because the manager was on a meeting using the company iPad. That in itself is ridiculous. I asked her approximately how long it would be. She shrugged, said I have no idea you’re welcome to wait around. I repeated you have no timeframe? Would that be an hour? Her reply as I have no idea but again you’re welcome to wait. I explained they’ve already wasted a large amount of my time. Her response to that was she had no idea what kind of help that people needed. Then my suggestion would be for her to come out and ask how she can help instead of leaving one employee out there running around, pulling his hair out. I think it would be in the best interest for Gamestop to send this Manager to customer service training and or reevaluate who they have running their locations. I could go on about her demeanor, her attitude annd overall presence. But I feel it best to leave it with. I will never use Gamestop for any services.

Shout out to Caspian who was super helpful with all my questions regarding an item in stock. He promptly checked his system stated that they do indeed have the figure he just had to receive it. He then asked if I had some time and I told him by all means do what you need to do and that I appreciated him going above and beyond for me! Long story short Caspian made sure I left that day with my figure and he was great 10/10!!!!

We were here for the Tears of the Kingdom launch and had a blast. The event was well organized and they had lots of cool Zelda products. It was an awesome, old school video game launch. We've been going here for awhile, and they generally have a decent selection of new and used video games, new and used video game consoles, as well as collectibles and accessories. They're open later then some of the other GameStop locations around the Portland area on Friday and Saturday (8pm), 7pm the rest of the week. We'd have no issues going here again.
