Aaliyah a super awesome She's my favorite woman in the whole world today. I mean, she freaking renewed my membership redeem.All my point s did everything online on my phone.She helped me so much and I spent more money

So I placed a preorder, it got "released" but when I tried to call no answer for three days. So I go in and waste my time, and the lead/manager basically told me some workers might have misplaced it in the back storage. And she'll look for it. And call me when she finds it, and wouldn't you know it no phone call and no answer when I call the store about it. So I go in yet again and want a refund for my preordered item that will never show up. And she tries to continue to force me to use my preorder money on a different preorder instead of getting a refund. I get it don't wanna lose money but if you never going to receive the item I'd like my money back.

Great customer service. Went to submit cards for grading and they where knowledgeable and made sure cards were in excat order I needed them. Also answered alll my questions. Thank you

I can’t find a link anywhere on GameStop’s website for store surveys/reviews or anything in that matter but Big shoutout to Jason and the rest of the workers who are here at the time of my arrival!!! Jason is one of the chillest dudes there and his customer service is top notch without even expecting for it. I don’t even shop at GameStop often but honestly I’ll probably start coming more here for my games cuz of my great experience. See yall soon!

I got to say my experience at this GameStop has been real great. The staff are real friendly, real knowledgeable about games. The store is always kept clean always smell clean everything real well organize definitely shout out to the staff and the staff manager for doing a amazing job keeping a store real organized thank you for giving me a great customer service Great experience definitely recommended to anyone. I think it’s one of the few game stops. They are really organized always real clean great customer service. I will definitely would love to be part of the team and Work actually going to school for Graphic design and Gaming and you know maybe I’ll apply but at this time as a customer have to say it hasn’t been a real good experience Thank you for having everything organized from a Gamer. A customer definitely will recommend it and to Gamestop. Thank you very much for the great products you have provided to your customers.
