Worker named Dave was amazing with getting my Psa order done and preorder taken care of. One of the best associates I have encountered in last few years.

I belive the gentleman who had helped me was Nicholas, he was extremely helpful in getting me the headset I was looking for l. Also helped me with a trade in on my old consoles and made it a painless experience. Thanks again for all your help great costumer service up here.

Just wanted to say a HUMONGOUS THANK YOU to Dave and Brian! You guys are AMAZING. These guys are the kindest, most helpful associates you will ever meet. They just care. Both took the time to help me with a big mess in my online order. The website was glitchy and somehow did not show my order correctly. I could not even return a product through the "normal" channels. No barcodes, other information was wrong, just a big mess. The 1-800 support number from gamestop ... forget about it. No clue how to do anything. These guys spent 30+ minutes to figure out what the heck was going on, fix the issue and take care of my return. I am repeating myself, but you guys are amazing. You listen, you care and you went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much! I really appreciate you both!

We had a great experience. They had a game we wanted last minute and we were coming from far. Elizabeth who gives out of this world customer service and kindness, offered to stay open 15 extra minutes for us to make it there. And she did just that. Extremely personable and wonderful worker. Give her a promotion, these are the types of employees these companies should cherish and treat them according to their dedication and value. Thank you Elizabeth for a great GameStop experience.
