GameStop - 2527 - Conway Commons

As someone who collects cards for fun, seeing this gamestop and others scalp pokemon and other card games is absolutely disgusting behavior. I went in the other day for my birthday to try and see if they had the new first partners series 2 set just to see they marked up a $20 pack for $60! Like yall should actually be ashamed not only making it difficult for real fans to purchase but also children which the game is geared towards in the first place. I will continue to spread all the hate for these gamestops and other stores that mark any of these products above MSRP which is most definitely what yall bought it at or near! And this isnt just a pokemon problem it was all the cards in this and other gamestops shops. Again absolutely disgusting behavior that no establishment should be proud of.

Gamestop is no longer the store it use to be! They still do have good deals during the christmas holidays, and a sale here, and there! The changes throughout the years, and all the store closings, I do not see them being open for another 5 - 10 years! We only have 3 locations left in central Arkansas!

Let me tell you a story. It's a tale of deceit.( hers) I was looking to buy a game in New condition, like in the wrapper, because I've had the ol xbox not load games a few times. I look on Google and they indicate a new one is in Conway, 1hr from home. So, I thought it prudent to call and confirm that it was there. She was helpful saying they would hold it for me. I'm looking at gamestop saying it's new mlb25 for $29.99. I ask her how much and she says $69.99. Told me to bring some controllers or anything to trade and knock price down. I didn't tell her I knew real price. I should have just forgot about her, but, oh well. I got off phone and bought for 29 and set it to pick it up in her store. Again, supposed to be new condition, and she knows that at 69.99. Let me tell you all what this trifling nerd did then. I arrive at the store and she hands me my game inside a folded piece of paper. My bad for trusting her. Don't any of you make that mistake. She commented that she was surprised with the order after she told me on phone she'd hold it for me. I get it home, and it's not new. It's a used mlb25 case with a used mlb26 game in it. Not even the game I ordered in New condition. She should be terminated like now. She knew what she was doing. It's bad for business, obviously, and if she's ripping people off, don't ya think she is finding lots of ways to rip off Gamespot. She proudly could have found a way to pocket my $ 40.

One of the most helpful Gamestop stores I've ever been in! Went here to get my fiancé a used Nintendo Switch 2 back in May and they explained it all to me, including with helping me get as many deals as possible so it would fit just right into my budget! I always stop here when im in Conway.

Extremely helpful!! They helped me figure out a weird return I had, let me exchange two funkos for two I liked more, and let me swap one that had paint defects out for one that didn't! Everyone at the front was so kind too. Will definitely be coming here from now on.
