GameStop - 2505 - Morgantown

I bought a ps4 with 512GB of storage just last Saturday and it was so dusty on the inside it was over heating within 10 minutes of being on. Do not buy ps4 consoles from them. You will NEED to open it and clean it I promise. It was only $120 but I didn't know what I was doing when I took it apart so I broke it a little. DO NOT BUY PS4s FROM THEM!

The experience was great the person convinced me to get to pro, and it went from 2 games to 9 and the total price was 90 but with the guy at gamestop it went to 40, great guy and if you go to the gamestop in star city, wv you want Cody thank you Cody.

The staff here is awesome and very very informative they always seem to have a great selection of things and if they don't have what you're looking for they've always been more than happy to get on the phone with one of their other locations see if they have it available there for us, I really appreciate that. They've went above and beyond to help me in a couple of situations

Stopped by last week to submit cards for PSA grading. Guy working couldn't get his tablet working to process it. Okay, whatever. I'll try another location. Returned yesterday to trade in a controller as part of a promotion. Person working there looked and sounded absolutely miserable.

I’d start looking at indeed y’all. No one is going to respect the company who participates in scalping. GameStop has effectively lost all respect I’ve had for them as my trusted game store personally since 1999. I will never go back and I will make sure I teach my children to never shop at GameStop either..
