GameStop - 2493 - North Bechtel Square

The mark up on Pokemon cards is stupid. Pre order Etb with a 30 dollar mark up. Just go to Best Buy when they get orders in and pay normal prices. Sorry 1 star for trying to take advantage

Best GameStop around, they are so much more than games!

For the record I dread bringing my kids to game stop. What's supposed to be a 20 minute trip turns into an hour trip and I'm typically overstimulated by the employee. With that being said this was our first time at this location and hands down the BEST game stop experience I've ever had! Customer service was top notch! We had a warranty exchange to do and a game to turn in for store credit. The gentleman working was very polite! The way he worked with my autistic kiddo was phenomenal! We've been working with our son and his social interactions. The gentleman working was patient and kind. He treated our son like any other customer which is rare in this world. Thank you for making this experience a positive one! This location has our dedication!

Daniel I am sorry but your review is busted. I came here at 4:10 and there was people inside the gamestop. And the employee in there was the nicest guy I have ever met at a GameStop that dude helped me find an action figure that was cheapest and the best. I hope he gets a raise. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Went by this location at 4:10pm today and the gate was drawn. I’m not sure if this is an issue where the hours need to be updated or whether this location is struggling with staffing. Either way I’m unclear and just wanted some clarity and therefore leaving this review. See photos below for sign that says open but the gate is obviously drawn.
