GameStop - 2454 - High Park

Very unprofessional story real dirty some guy named Ray have a attitude try to give me had a warranty on a headset value 59.99 Try to trade me use headsets for 35.79 Don’t do business with them

70 dollars for a used ps5 controller. It still blows my mind that this company is still around. Well good luck in 2026 with over 400 stores closing. I wonder why.

Kari was very kind and enegaging. She was very helpful and informative with my experience at the store. I will definitely recommend this GameStop to others.

I’m giving this location four stars only due to the fact that I called their location literally right before I went in within minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I tried five times. Then when I arrived just 3 to 4 minutes later, there was literally two employees in the store and no one else…. it was almost comical. I almost said something, but knew that it wouldn’t do any good. GameStop, if this location is slow on sales not answering, the phone is a good indicator as to why . Otherwise, this is a good location and do really like the store

Sara was extremely accomdating, and took care of all of my questions and concerns. Thank you so much !
