Turned me and my child away from getting a promo they told me they had 3 minutes earlier. Told me I could come back in the morning and get one which makes no sense. 2 grown men were given priority even though we were in the store first.

Walk up to the counter, the bigger grey haired man completely ignores me. I believe he is a manager of some sort. I say "hi, how are you today", he replies "don't ask me that" in a very rude and serious way. I told him he shouldn't act like that to customers and he laugh at me. This guy is always cold, sometimes rude and sometimes just plain awful. I won't step back in this store as long as he is there to greet me like I'm his enemy. He really does need to go.

Just recently I went to this location to get a game and some cards. While I was standing in line the guy who worked behind the counter was insulting me to another customer he was helping saying that I look retarded. This kind of behavior from an employee is shocking to me. Just the total lack of respect and unprofessionalism makes me want to go elsewhere now. Too bad because i've been a good customer for years but no longer.

I went to the GameStop on 4/17 a little before 9 PM with my 10-year-old son. There were handwritten notes on the door saying they were closed due to computer issues and would reopen. We went to Target and came back shortly after. When we returned, I could see an employee inside. The door was locked. I tried the handle and gave it a small shake. The employee looked at us and flipped us off with my son standing right there. That is completely unacceptable. Rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate in front of a kid. GameStop needs to do better with who they hire at this location.

Gamestop normaly has really great and kind people working there, who are very down to earth and fun to talk to. But not this location, very rude employee, I assume it was the manager of the location, had a black shirt and glasses. My brother just simply asked if they had something in stock and top of his lungs yelled "NOPE" when he was standing right in front of him. Had a very poor additude. I was so confused why he was yelling that. Could of politely said no and not yelled at my brother. People say it never hurts to ask, but sometimes it really does.
