I like how the employee there today was very sneaky to get his numbers up, that he SNUCK on a game protection fee on my purchase. It was my fault for not checking afterwards or double checking what he said, but i swear when he was repeating what I was buying I think he said the game protection but he said it so fast I didnt notice. And right after saying that and my total, he started talking about the weather. THAT is the oldest trick in the book for scammers lol. Dont be sneaky. Ask like you're supposed to, which you didn't. And did seem off that for the first time he didnt ask if I was military/vet when they always do that when I go that. I'm sure he will say he wasnt being sneaky, but that was sneaky. Just 4.99 but that's money I earned. I'd leave maybe 3 stars for this, but i dont do in-between.

Went here to buy some football cards for my son to open and they sold me a 2025 Optic Football Mega box that was already opened and they took all the hits and left me with nothing but base cards in crooked/warped packs 🤬😡 my son was so devastated. BUYER BE AWARE (photos for proof)

Bought GS103 wired gaming headsets for my nephews. They weren't very good and audio was only heard from one side. The unfortunate part is their policy is any unopened headphones are non-refundable. Not even store credit even for members. How are you supposed to know if the product is good or not? I might buy games there but everything else I'll be going elsewhere. Truly wish the guy said that when buying them instead of expecting people to just read receipts.
