Talk to one associate who tells me they will have physical copies of several games at the start of the week. Call to confirm when the new week rolls around and I am told "I have no idea" "there is no telling"......Well you told me last week kinda crazy and lazy. Does not offer to check or anything.

I called this Place 4 times ( once every hour ) with no answer and no call back. They dont want my service apparently. very disappointing.

Typically this location does not give me a hard time. They usually go the extra mile for me but as of tonight, December 10, 2025 at 7:45 PM I go into trade An iPhone 16 Pro into GameStop and the quote that I got online for it was $515 and it was in pretty excellent condition. It had just 2 small scratches on the side. She wanted to offer me $314 for it and would not honor the price online mind you I’ve been selling phones here for quite some time I know for a fact that the associate can call management and have the price honored. It’s been done before however this particular employee refused to call the manager refused to run it again and refuse to be cooperative and to do her job. I’m very disappointed in the hiring process (that this person slipped through) This is absolutely ridiculous. GameStop you can do better you have done better. I hope to not see this woman ever ever again.!!!!!!!! Update : Went directly to Saginaw location at 8:15 PM that manager was so awesome… long hair pretty smile and guess what??? I got the exact price that was quoted online $511 and to think I would have lost $200 because of this lazy employee!!!! Shout to Saginaw GameStop yall the real MVPS!!!!! :)
