GameStop - 2427 - East Forest Plaza

GameStop is as GameStop does. Found a great switch game used for a great price that my daughter was after. Thank you, GameStoppians!

I was shopping here with my family a few weeks ago, The worker "Rin" Was very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help. all she wanted to do was speak to another customer in the store. it took over 30 minutes before she even spoke to us. its safe to say I won't be shopping at this location anymore.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I came in with 2 large bags for trade and Aaron was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process!! It was Friday and he was alone but he still took the time to explain everything to me and was very nice!!

Came here on a Wednesday. Was looking for PS4 games, wasn’t sure what the get so I milled around the store. Noticed Aaron and his teammate doing some really excellent customer service and problem solving, as well as task management. I even let them upsell me on some warranty’s. I don’t always love disingenuous upselling but this was actually some valid stuff. May even come in and get a yr long subscription but we’ll see.. just a heads up that they’re doing a great job

Store had everything we were looking for Hannah was extremely helpful and gave us one of the best game stop experiences we’ve ever had
