Terribly over priced etbs and all Pokémon products they are basically scalpers priced now

The Man of the counter is an absolute pleasure to work with. I bought my first series x today and I was going to get it's cooling stand but he was straight up honest with me and told me that I probably shouldn't buy it because it could hurt it if this series x didn't need it. That kind of honesty in a salesman is what makes sales great. Selling car parts all day at AutoZone, I wish I could be half the salesman he is with as honest as he was. Great man and I will always be coming back to this store.

I purchased a few gift cards from the manager Vince last week for a Christmas present. He didn’t disclose that my family couldn’t use them for Xbox currency cards. Came in today to make a purchase and it was 15 minutes before we were even greeted or helped. After declining this horrible membership last week, I had to hear their awful spill about it all over again. I just want to get my stuff and leave. I’ll be contacting corporate, customer service here is a joke.

Been shopping at this store for years traded in several different Xboxes over the years and have always had an extremely bad experience with the manager VINCE he refuses to help customers talks down to them speaks very rudely to his employees. We have 150$ credit for them and they refuse to help us with the credit but clearly can see in our account we have the full credit. So since he was so unprofessionally rude I asked to speak with his boss he refused while continuing to be disrespectful and degrading towards myself and my mother and said he will not give that information to me because of policy I said ok then you can tell him to call me I’m not going to just let 150$ go for their mistake. Left with no solution and no answers. This man doesn’t deserve to be in management period!

They will up sale you for the gamer pro account then not help you when gamer account doesn’t give the rewards. What’s the point if you don’t get the 5 a month? It’s now a scheme where you have to be a pro member to buy certain items. And rumor has it, the store employees purchase stuff then sell on the second hand for up charges. Shame on you game stop, be better!
