GameStop - 2370 - Pico Town Center

I went in today and after seeing how dedicated this young lady by the name Zoey went above and beyond. Its been a while since I have encountered this type of customer service!! Please keep it up and never change. aswell a big thank you to management who was there at the time to help assist on making this purchase smoother for me.

So far when I go there are friendly employees and everything seems to go well this GameStop is way better compared to other gamestops I went to.

I almost never leave reviews. Lately I have had only terrible experiences at every game stop I visit. So I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff (I believe his name is Jose)that helped me today, July 6th at around 4:30. Jose was very patient with me and helped me with my issue. He was polite and professional. This should be the standard at any Gamestop.

I tend to be patient and understanding and hate to leave negative reviews, but I feel like the whole situation from last night soured my Switch 2 "midnight" release experience. I showed up early to pay for my preorder, and waited in line until 9 for them to hand out the consoles. Which was fine, it was a smooth experience up until it was my turn in line and I wasn't given my screen protector that was supposed to be included with my warranty purchase. I was told that the cashier that checked me out forgot to scan the screen protector so I would have to come back the next day or wait until they finished handing out all the consoles, so I waited. After everyone left, I come up again to ask about the screen protector and the manager had the same cashier (Destiny) who made the mistake check me out again and fix it, it was awkward and she was being a bit rude. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this cashier either. Last time I bought a Kirby plushie and got home to find the security tag still on it
