GameStop - 2336 - Halsted Plaza

Great location always the best and I live 5 minutes. Julian and the Store Manager Rene are awesome they always help.

Was shopping for sleeves and top loaders when I started collecting and guy took the time to show me how to sleeve cards properly without damaging em. I wish I remembered bros name to shout him out.

The black bald guy has such a shitty attitude everytime I go here and I try to buy he makes it super difficult. He makes going there such a drag he shouldn't be working in this if he gonna act the way he does towards customers like we bothering him.

Fatal yesterday I went to buy a Nintendo Switch two and when I paid they gave me a box I came happy I got home and it was a used Nintendo switch and they sold it to me at the price of the new I went to return it and they didn't want to return the money in cash now I'm waiting for a refund waiting for the money to fall back into my bank account Bad customer service and by the way they want to sell you used old things at the price of something new they are not fair with prices and second-hand things I think it's something unfair to everyone I don't recommend it

Julian is the BEST!! He is so friendly, caring, professional, and helpful. He was kind enough to take the time to help me search for a product. We can't express our gratitude enough. Julian truly deserves the recognition. Thank you!!
