Absolutely love this place! The staff is super knowledgeable and always ready to help find the perfect game or collectible. The atmosphere is inviting, and I always leave with something awesome. Highly recommend checking it out!

Don’t go here unless you want your Funko pops ruined. I came in not too long ago to grab some Funko’s and of course, the worker there she has a devil star tattooed on her hand not a big deal. Have whatever you want, but anyways when I go to get the Funko’s, I asked her to get one from the top shelf and then she grabbed some long pole to grab them down and then I’m like do you have a stairs to get them easier and then she decides to just continue to rip them down with the long pole and they all come crashing down to the crown which really wasn’t nice so yeah that’s all I gotta say just don’t go there if you don’t want them to drop your funkos or collectibles everywhere

Switched to these guys after the last place completely flaked on me (ugh, right?). I called in for some routine maintenance, and they actually answered the phone, which felt like a win already. They got me scheduled pretty quickly and showed up when they said they would—no hassle at all. The work was solid; everything’s running smoothly now. It’s nice to know there's someone reliable over here in Kittitas when you need it.

Went to GameStop today for a Pokémon Promo they were going to give out with a minimum purchase. They only passed out 10 promo cards; the employees are pocketing the cards that are meant for customers and reselling them online.

I went into GameStop on a Saturday morning and had a really bad experience with one of the employees. The bald guy working there was rude from the start and acted like I was bothering him just by asking for help. It honestly felt like he thought I was asking for a free game or something. He didn’t even try to help me or answer my questions, so I ended up leaving because the interaction was so uncomfortable. I came back later that day and had a completely different experience. The girl working during the later shift was very friendly, helpful, and actually took the time to assist me. She made the experience much better and showed the kind of customer service that should be expected. Unfortunately, the first interaction really left a bad impression. If someone doesn’t want to deal with customers, they probably shouldn’t be working in customer service. Because of that experience, I honestly don’t see myself coming back to GameStop
