Worst customer service ordered a game online the day before and it’s been more then 3 hours and the game is still not ready for pick up what’s the point of ordering online if they going to take for ever to pick up just one game to get it ready for pick up and on top of it I called the store to see if it was available for pick up was told give him 5-10 minutes I gave them over an hour and it still wasn’t ready so I told them to cancel the order and with no problem he did and this is you GameStop keeps losing customers and closing down stores

Staff is friendly. You often find lines in the early morning hours when there is a new release. This is a smaller location so selection may be a bit limited in comparison to other locations.

Been going here for years. Unfortunately the service is no longer what it use to be. I bought a controller about a month ago. I was given a Power A wired controller from the back that looked damaged from the packaging. I asked for another and the staff person went to the back and came out with what looked like the same controller with the damaged packaging , color etc.. claiming they all were like that. That controller stopped working after two weeks and my left analog triggers my left trigger when using it. I cannot seem to get a refund now either. This controller was suppose to be new. I would not recommend this store anymore unless you have no other choice but to go here. Pictures were added so you can see I did no damage to the controller after the purchase.

I'm not going to lie this GameStop has a lot of cool stuff... it's the employees that are bringing down the rating I feel like they need a hug or something along those lines cuz there's two workers there that are so tightly wounded from people stealing or whatever they're doing. That they're pushing me away from wanting to buy stuff that I'm literally waiting for the five below to open up next door

They were closed during the middle of buisness hours, for hours and when I went to the Store at 7:58PM, before closing time. The store was closed and they were cleaning out the register. Not a good way of keeping loyal customers, SMH.
