GameStop - 2316 - Northgate Plaza

The store is listed as "Open". Noone answers the phone and you get there and find a note on the door. It says they are closed and do not know when they will open again. Not even a "sorry for your inconvenience". What a joke, just close the store down permanently.

Hussein was the single most rude individual we have ever encountered. Not just at GameStop, but just period. He inserted himself into my wife's conversation with a friend and verbally berated her for feeling frustrated at GameStop's pricing policy where they raised a product by 75% over MSRP. While none of the conversation was aimed at the individuals working at the time, Hussein took it upon himself to raise his voice and tell my wife that if she didn't like it she shouldn't shop there. Rest assured, that transaction was not completed and no further transaction with GameStop will be. I hope that Hussein does not represent the corporation or store...

This store has gone under new management and I thought this would be good but its not the mentor location has been closed numerous days through out the week and its getting very frustrating...please fix this issue!

We purchased a NEW Resident Evil game to be picked up by our adult daughter. The game she was given - which she did not realize - was USED. There was no seal, nor was there a book. We tried 18 times to call and reach someone, but no one would answer the phone, we just kept getting a recording telling us to call back later. The store still had 45 minutes before it was due to close. NEVER again, GameStop, we will never purchase from you again.

The "manager" on shift today was horrible. Moved slower than a corpse. She kept one guy in line for over 2 hours and she had a line to the door behind him. We were all leaving and coming back later just to see she was still chatting it up with that same guy. Was she even working? Because it really seemed like a personal visit. She didn't acknowledge any of us at all. Couldn't even look up when someone asked her a question. She had the cadence of a zombie and was rude as heck. No wonder Gamestops are closing left and right
