GameStop - 2270 - Albuquerque

Consistently terrible customer service. Rude, condescending, and unprofessional staff that seem to revel in their antisocial behavior. I have never once had a positive experience at this location and urge others to avoid coming here at all costs. Picked up an order around 11:00 am on Tuesday the 14th and the singular employee in an empty store made it his mission to make me understand he was in charge and turned a simple pickup into an infuriating and embarrassing encounter. If this was a one-off situation, I would easily understand as we all have bad days but this is a consistent pattern at this particular gamestop. Please train management and employees in appropriate customer service behavior.

GameStop sucks. They won’t help you out at all. And why can’t I get my money back on a pre order. I never wanted a pre order and the fool inside charged me for one and I can’t even get store credit. Don’t go to this store customer service sucks:

Good service, the guys in there today helped a lot and were informative, got a booster box for perfect order and chaos rising 3 pack. They will have them stocked every week.

When did the other day the guy working didn't want to uphold the return that was in the one year warranty that I purchased online and made some excuse that he couldn't find things on the system he wasted almost an hour of my time and refused to get a supervisor when I asked for one all because he didn't want to do his job and then when I did another transaction there he lied about the gift card stuff because he didn't know what he was doing. Had to go to a different GameStop to get actual good help.

When someone spends 400 dollars to have cards graded.. and when picking up.. dont open the package before the customer gets there! Took away all proper packaging of my slabs... you're going to run a huge liability!! So won't be returning
