GameStop - 2208 - Aliso Viejo Plaza

I purchased a box of cards and noticed there was a lower price tag underneath the “new” price. I politely asked about the discrepancy, and instead of receiving a simple explanation, I was met with hostility. A man with a large bushy beard immediately became rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me, “The price is the price,” and acting as though I was inconveniencing him for asking a reasonable question. His behavior was completely unprofessional and embarrassing, especially since he chose to speak to me that way in front of other customers and my son. There was absolutely no reason for such an aggressive response over a simple pricing inquiry. If this is how customers are treated, I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. I will never shop here again.

Awesome place, went there traded some older games in for credit and got a couple new games

Honestly in the past I would have rayed all GS stores at a 5. Now, I'd rate all GS stores with 3. One thing that's wildly insane to me is that it's almost impossible to get ahold of a store when calling. They're website is constantly a mess, especially when it comes to preorders. Today for example, 2 items were supposed to release and they just never went up. Last week it took them almost 2 hours to put out the pre-orders that should've gone live at 9am pacific causing a lot of people to miss it because of work and things of the like. Not only that but they're now raising the prices on items that every other store - including the manufacturer have at the regular price(reg retail with tax ~$28/GS retail $34.99 pre tax )With up to 470 stores closing because they want to go strictly online because "they don't see enough foot traffic" at physical locations is hilarious to me when they can't even get pre order drops out at the right time. Go into any GameStop today and ask about their online systems and I guarantee they'll say they've been having issues - and it's been going on for quite sometime now. I also just went in to preorder an item that the manufacturer posted links to purchase online today, but of course didn't work, and the employee tried to tell me it was in store purchase only. Which is bs because every other order has always been online. Basically I'm over GameStops BS!

Never come to this game stop. The men with bushy beard was just talking to another person the whole 30 minute. We were in the store I finally asked him some question he completely ignored me.
