Hands down the best place to buy video games in Woodstock! The staff at this Woodstock Square GameStop location is incredibly knowledgeable and always helps me track down newer releases and upcoming pre-orders. Clean store, great selection of collectibles, and the customer service is always top-notch.

Very nice staff! Great experience. Highly recommend for your gaming needs if you're in the Woodstock area. Off Highway 92.

i purchased online refurbished console, and it came broken. i came to this location and (the receipt says:746183) “dhwaj” helped me process a return. i purchased another console and the item i purchased said it was supposed to come with the hdmi, power supply, and usb for the controller. the one i returned also came with those. this one was missing usb cable. i went back again, and he confirmed the console and controller worked and fixed the issue with the cable and was very friendly and helpful. he was kind enough to go through the set up just to be sure it worked too. i can’t say the products are always amazing, but this console and controller are in great condition, work beautifully now that i have the cables, and i am very pleased with his customer service and willingness to fix the situation!

Check your receipts! A warranty was added to a used game I purchased without my consent. I understand the employees want to hit their metrics, but doing it in unethical ways only seeks to interfere with the customer experience.

Paid for a warranty on controller, go in to trade controller in under warranty (buttons not working, not physical damage but hardware issue). Was told I was only able to get a used controller. They were all visibly dirty. Instead I asked to trade it in and get a new one with $27 of store credit. When I go to buy said new one, im told that the price is incorrect and I’ll be charged $64.99 instead of $54.99. What poor mismanagement. At this point I would rather eat the money and buy from Target in the same parking lot where THEY WILL PRICE MATCH WHAT YOU HAVE IT LISTED FOR AND WONT SELL TO ME. Plus their warranty actually covers it. Also guy cant be bother to get off his phone. I except a response and will go back to check if you actually change the price back to $64.99 or keep the price on the sticker.
