GameStop - 1845 - Capital City Mall

Shop always messy and picked through, it looks like it's on the brink of closing. A lot of items are at or above normal retail prices but for any used games it seems to be cheaper getting them online. If you're picking up trading cards it's better to go to a local store, prices for MTG always steep.

This Gamestop has a bunch of crooks working there which seems to be the norm with Gamestop. I purchased a Brand new Turok Trilogy Game for the Nintendo Switch and these scammers knowingly sent me a used one with no shrinkwrap on it but they sneakily put there own seal on it in hopes the buyer is dumb and doesn't know any better, Look for my Youtube video on me opening this package and others from Gamestop.

I made the mistake of buying grand theft auto 5 when I was attempting to buy gran turismo 5. I still haven't convinced myself it was totally my fault, but that is a discussion for another time. Gamestop was courteous enough to exchange it quickly the next day with no questions asked, although I did disclose my dilemma because I couldn't hold it in.

Got these four games to add to my collection!! I got horizon Dawn zero just from a recommendation from a staff member & absolutely loved the game! Just told them what I play and they pointed me right to that game. It was amazing! I love GameStop!

My husband and i went in for a game. I cant remember the name of it. Its a 3ds game but anyway the girl behind the counter found it right away. She was bulding something with what appeared to be the world's smallest Lego pieces. Looked hard but she was nice and said she wanted it displayed so customers could see what it looked like. Great customer service:)
