GameStop #1782

Went in to look around. 3 employees working. At no point was I greeted by anyone. Never asked if I was looking for anything. The employee that wasnt in the middle of helping a customer avoided me. Actively walked to the other side of the area so she didn't have to talk to me. If this is how people are getting treated in GameStops it's no wonder the only people shopping here anymore are scalpers.

The staff was super helpful in answering all our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

I'm here to help GameStop corpos understand why their stores are failing and having to close everywhere. Do no be scalpers. Do not charge double MSRP and eBay sold prices. That makes customers despise the store. For example this store has so much pokemon, they stack them to the ceiling and bring out temporary tables. No one buys them because we can go on eBay and get the same new item for half of the price y'all pulled out of a hat. Please do better GameStop.

Outstanding selection of games as usual. But what set this location apart is how big it was and the space to host games. Be it a TTRPG or Pokémon. Also, if your a veteran ask for the Veterans discount.

I stopped by while on my lunch break from work to pick up the new Mortal Kombat. I received exceptional customer service from Bennett. He helped me find what I needed and I was back at work with 30 minutes to spare from my hour lunch.
