Bought a refurbished controller and it had stick drift even tho i aksed if it did and they said it didn’t got home tried it it had stick drift joy con on the left was popping out too

Came here one time before today , first time I came they had a leak in the ceiling of the place, I went today and they had the door open they have missing piece of the ceiling and it smells bad like mold, don’t know how they allow there employees to work like that

I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about Osdanii. From the moment I walked into GameStop, I was greeted with such an incredible level of kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine care that I honestly forgot I was just there to shop for video games. Osdanii was absolutely phenomenal. Their knowledge, professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were genuinely above and beyond anything I expected. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, every concern was handled with care, and somehow Osdanii managed to make what could have been a completely ordinary shopping trip feel like a five-star customer service experience. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, and then you can tell when someone truly CARES about the people they’re helping. Osdanii is very clearly the second kind of person. They were incredibly personable, attentive, and welcoming, and I left the store feeling like I had somehow just made a new friend rather than completed a purchase. Honestly, if every customer service experience were even half as wonderful as the one I had with Osdanii, society would probably function significantly better. I am not exaggerating when I say Osdanii deserves recognition, a raise, a trophy, a parade, and potentially a national holiday. GameStop is incredibly lucky to have someone like Osdanii representing the company. Their attitude, kindness, and dedication genuinely stood out to me, and I hope management knows what an absolute gem they have on their team. 10/10 experience. 20/10 employee. 100000/10 human being. I will absolutely be coming back, and if Osdanii is working, even better. Thank you so much for making my experience so genuinely enjoyable!

Came today to pick up a item. The store was closed with a paper sign saying they would return at 3:18pm. I returned at 4:20 and the store sign said open. No sign on the door, lights on. Door was locked. There was an associate at the register with a mask on that was waiving no to me and would not open. It was frustrating that I came back an hour later and still could not complete the business I was trying to.

The woman that is working there is one of Person I ever met. I asked a simple question In a polite tone and she snaps at me like I was in the wrong for asking the question bad customer service used to be one of the best spots to go to just going downhill now
