0 stars for today's experience. For weeks on end, my brother and I kept asking when is gamestop going to do pre-orders for the Xbox Series X 25th Anniversary. The staff kept telling us to continue to check in because there was no release date or dollar amount. Finally, we hear word from other sources that pre-orders will go live August 27th, 2026. We were not aware that this only online. But did gamestop tell us that information? No. Its a gamestop, they should have consoles to pre-order in the store instead of online only. We went to gamestop anyways and we asked a gentlemen today wearing a pokemon button button up shirt and long hair tied up. All he said is, "only online orders exist for the console we just have the controllers." Then he said, "next" for the next customer. The employee did not apologize or said what else we can try to get our hands on one. He just wanted to bring the line down. Instead of talking to us in a professional matter, he took the next customer to accept trade-ins. Of course gamestop does this. They care only about money from trade-ins and not the needs its loyal customers that go to this location everyweek. They previously had 2 great managers. They left to other stores. Who ever was the employee with a pokemon shirt and long hair tied up you are not doing your job. Be more professional like the other 2 managers. Lastly, have you seen what this store looks like compared to other gamestops? Cluttered. Items thrown on shelves (or the little space they have) or on the floor. Please hire employees that are more knowledgeable with pre-orders and that are more personable to customers.

When you have 4 people working and the district manager in the store you think the customer service would be top notch. This was not to case. Just a bunch of men getting frustrated at the pin pads not working and the pro membership system being down. Instead of calmly handling the situation it kept escalating. We were standing at the counter for 30min while they ran around bumping into each other and getting more visibly frustrated.

I had an awesome experience at this GameStop thanks to Rylie. It’s rare to find someone who is genuinely as knowledgeable as they are helpful. Rylie didn't just point me toward a shelf; they took the time to explain the differences between products and gave some great recommendations that actually made sense for what I was looking for.

This store is full of crap I went in to get a game my boyfriend and I could play together and once it came to paying I payed for it and last minute once I payed they told us it was digital so no copy of the game would come in it, we were still in store and told them I would like to return it because I could have easily bought the game on the Nintendo shop, once they tried to return it they said they couldn’t return the item and I informed Abel about his co worker Riley not informing us that the game was not a physical copy once able contacted a co worker or manager on the phone he said he was going to call us Monday so we let it be, I come back Monday and ask about the call or return Riley says “they won’t call you for the return due to Black Friday reasons” like if a call will take there time, still letting Riley know that he was the one who did not inform me about the game and made me pay. This store all they do take your money and expect their store numbers to go up and will not let you return anything, able was kind he y treated my boyfriend friend and I kindly and informed us of the issue because Riley was busy in his on little world not focusing on what he’s doing and not taking of the beep tags of the shirts we purchased and made me pay for a game that supposedly can’t be returned and on top of that disrespectful he has this attitudes towards customers and I honestly say that game stop should focus on who they hire because from the experience we had Saturday they don’t tell people theses things so you purchase the item and then tell you it’s non returnable as if the customer is at fault for his mistakes, and even when it happened to us the person in front of us wanted to return a game to and said the same thing. They keep making these excuses and mistakes

Title: Amazing Staff, but Inventory Management Needs Work The staff at this GameStop location is absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about gaming. They were eager to help, offered great recommendations, and made the experience enjoyable. It’s clear they care about their customers and genuinely love what they do. However, this location has a serious inventory management problem. There were boxes of merchandise everywhere, just sitting on the floor unopened. If the items aren’t on the shelves, they can’t be sold! It was frustrating to see stacks of products sitting in plain sight while the actual stock on display was limited. While the team did their best to assist, it’s clear they need a better system for getting inventory out of boxes and onto the shelves. Overall, the staff makes this store worth visiting, but management needs to address the clutter and make sure customers have access to all available products. With a little more organization, this GameStop could be a top-tier location.
