ik what you're thinkimg and dont do it dude, trade or sell them online this place aint worth the time i got 150usd after trading in 70 games worth well over 400 and the person at the counter talked me into buying the 25 dollar yearly subscription that i didn't want or need so i didn't even get the full 150 in the end, please i beg you respect yourself and go somewhere else.

Often I have to come to this location because of limited availability, and the vibes are just OFF here. It makes me think this is one of the few franchised locations and the owner is awful, because pretty much every employee I’ve interacted with here has this soulless look in their eyes, and I don’t think it’s their fault! Though I once had a manager look at me with this EVIL grin as he informed me that he couldn’t accept my email receipt a photo id to give me my purchase, since apparently you NEED a drivers license to pick up your order, and when I came back with it he was VERY rude to me, I think he thought I was trying to steal the items even though it was my face on my IDs??? Basically I highly recommend going to the Oswego or Bolingbrook or Downers Grove locations instead of this one if you can!

Toni was very respectful, kind, and patient while doing my large trade in. She was able to balance processing the trade as well as helping other customers at the same time! :)

Wanted to return some games and asked if I was able to do cash back, would have considered taking store credit if the answer was no, but the middle aged bald dude (don’t know his name) was pretentious and had an attitude from the very first moment I walked in. The other employee was neutral and was trying to be helpful, but the old bald dude kept interrupting her (when neither of us asked him for help and he was sitting down on a chair several feet away). Bald dude also kept making remarks about how one of the games I was trying to trade in was “the worst in the franchise” as if that, or his opinion, mattered when I was trying to make a transaction. He also wrongfully claimed Mass Effect: Andromeda to be remastered when it is not, it is backwards compatible, and claimed that the Star Wars: Battlefront 2 servers had been shut down when they are still active on both console and PC. Wouldn’t recommend doing business here with employees who have bad attitudes and lack product knowledge.

Employees know their stuff when it comes to gaming. They provided a friendly and low key chill atmosphere for all ages to feel welcomed. No, negative attitudes here. Customers and Staff all smiling I thought to myself , that's how it supposed to be. Great Job and Great Team of employees.
