Be careful if Anthony is working. He gave me a disc with disc rot (for those unfamiliar, it's mold on the disc), and also the wrong game! Kyle was super helpful, and fixed all the mistakes. But I live 42 miles away from this location, so I'm not very impressed.

Pushy sales associates ! The man working added things to my bill when I said no and continued when I said i wasn’t comfortable. Now I have to call corporate to request a purchase reversed for the items he rung up! So disappointing

Good staff, good business, great trading card stock. Only reason why it’s not 5 stars isn’t even their fault. It’s the bogus trade in values the company offers for cards and other valuables. Still a great place that keeps tidy

Worst customer service ive ever had at a gamestop. Calvin avoids questions and refuses to answer anything. There is no base price range given on consols because they like to price things per person. There offering less than 50 bucks on consols that cost 250 on there shelves. Took me 3 calls to even get someone to answer the phone and then was treated like shit the entire conversation from him thinking I was stupid for not knowing how to transfer games from one consol to another all the way up to refusal to give a price range on consols at all. Scammmmmm all the way

Creepy guy that pushed service plans works here. Had to triple check he didnt follow us out. Update. Kelvin was cool. We came back for a return and bought so more items. Kelvin was very friendly and knowlegable. Enjoyed chatting with him when it was slow. Didnt have the creepy feel of the pushy guy during the previous nights visit (feb 13th)
