GameStop - 1415 - Tacoma Mall

by far the worst experience I've ever had at a GameStop. was accused that my console smelt like marijuana and that he wasn't going to buy my system. I knew the minute the store clerk slammed that gate open I was going to have a bad experience! he clearly wasn't in the mood to help any customer yet alone a pro member. hope they can fix this problem

This store’s inventory isn’t always great but usually at least the workers are nice. Today however went in to see if they had an Xbox game pass. They had none and I asked the two workers behind the counter where I could find one. I get nothing but shrugs and stares from one, and the other tells me I can call around to the other GameStop stores to see if they have one in stock. Meanwhile, he’s sitting right in front of a computer, that I know can tell him whether or not other stores have them in stock if he would just bother to look it up- I know this because I’ve been in GameStops before and I’ve had them check to see if inventory existed another store if one doesn’t have what I need. Lazy and unprofessional- do better.

One of my favorite stores in the mall, there is so much cool stuff to look at and see, and the staff are really helpful and nice. I’d recommend this as one of the best game stores in the mall!

Just kinda miffed at the lame apparent deals that aren't really there. I came up to this sign and got excited, 5$ a shirt? Let's go. Turns out only like one of the shirts in this bin was actually a 5$ clearance shirt. The rest were "markdown" and, although the box they are physically inside of is labeled 5$, they have stickers on them with less than original price- coming closer to 15$ a piece.

Immediately the guy was trying to sell me some yearly plan for their service when I don't even shop there barely ever So I didn't really like that but I went with my son to the mall for his birthday and so we decided to stop in there and look for a game I ended up paying all no a total of $52 for that game even though it says it was priced for $39 at pre-owned price. I could have bought it at Walmart for brand spanking new for that same price I mean jeez. Pre owned should be discounted for real. I mean they buy people's pre-owned games for basically next to nothing so how they gonna charge the same price for the game as it sells for brand new I won't shop here again. Definitely not.
