If I could leave a zero, I would leave a zero. 36 year Flagstaff resident and this was the worse, laziest and terrible customer service that I have received in a very long time. Get off your phones and pay attention to your store and customers. Then they didn't help me because they closed in 30 minutes. This is why most GameStops are closing. Never going here again....

A few days ago, I came in with my little brother because he wanted some video games and Pokémon cards for his birthday. Unfortunately, I don't know much about Pokémon cards, but the blonde-haired girl, I believe her name was Maddy, helped us out a lot. She explained the different packs and what to look for. My little brother and I are super grateful for her help. She even helped me pick out some games so we could play together. She was incredibly helpful, fast, and efficient, which saved us a lot of time. Maddy is definitely the go-to person for Pokémon advice! 👍🏼

Keep in mind I’ve been living in Flag for 30 years so Im hurt when they closed one down I really liked the woodlands location more, sadly It closed. So many core memories and midnight releases there. Bought my first ps1, ps2 and ps3 there. You’d go in and had more space to browse. Staff was super friendly when Brandon was in charge or Mike. But anyways I’m reminiscing. The vibe feels off here at the mall now. Employees are something else no welcoming you in. Feels like you’re about to get ripped off when you go in. If you buy Pokemon at GameStop you’re not making good choices. Packs used to be 5$ would get a free pack a month with my Pro Membership but now they raised it 8-10$. Drive to Target and you can get them for 5$. Etbs for 90$ at GameStop go to Target or Walmart even Best Buy and 50$. Booster Bundles for 50$ at GameStop when they’re 25$ everywhere else. So my question is what’s GameScalp there for? If every other store offers the same product for a lower price? Power to the players or power the the corporate?

I used to love this location but for the past 5 times I’ve come in I had to wait for 5-10 mins for the employees to stop talking to each other so I could get some help. Keep in mind I was one of 2 people in the store. I’ve worked retail and it’s common practice to acknowledge someone waiting at the front desk. There is a blond female that works there that made direct eye contact with me and I asked for help and she walked away to have a conversation with her coworker about a Pokémon card she just bought. If you respect your time don’t come here.
