The people there are freaking amazing people they knew where to go if they don't have it, and prices are reasonable . I just moved from Kansas and I'm making this my store.

I always get the best service from game stop employees. You can really tell the ones that like their job. As a middle aged dad their recommendations have yet to steer me wrong. This is why they get all my business.

Sticker price says $34.99, when they scanned it system says $70. Other stores have honored the sticker prices, so bad review for staff error in false advertising, and I'm a pro member. Both sales guy and manager didn't care. Treat your customers better.

They will sell you a game for the wrong console, give you a gift receipt for your loved ones, then give your loved ones the finger when they attempt to trade it for a game that works on their system. Don't know why they give gift receipts if they dont give a shit about their customers. Losing customers over a $30 purchase is wild. Shopped here for 20 years, but no more. Keep your shitty customer service.
